Recordkeeping and Neutral Math Tools

Use PepyLedger for private records, inventory history, a neutral concentration formula, and mg-to-mcg unit conversion without dosage or treatment guidance.

Medical boundary: Built for documentation and neutral arithmetic. No dosage, administration, preparation, course, treatment, substance-profile, or sourcing guidance.

Disclaimer: PepyLedger is an organization and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or sourcing guidance. Always follow guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.

A deliberately limited tool set

PepyLedger is designed to organize information a user already has. The public tools are intentionally narrow: one calculates mass-per-volume concentration and one converts between milligrams and micrograms. Neither tool accepts a requested administration amount, desired effect, body measurement, frequency, course length, syringe size, or administration route.

The authenticated workspace can store user-entered records, dates, notes, inventory, and reminders. It does not determine what a person should take, prepare, inject, swallow, apply, buy, combine, start, stop, or change. A saved schedule is a transcription of an instruction the user already received, not a protocol created by PepyLedger.

  • Mass divided by total liquid volume
  • Milligram and microgram unit conversion
  • User-entered logs and inventory history
  • No dose, syringe-unit, course, or treatment output

What the tools cannot establish

A mathematically correct concentration does not establish a substance’s identity, purity, legality, sterility, stability, compatibility, effectiveness, or safety. It also does not establish a liquid-to-add amount, a preparation method, or an administration amount. Those questions require authoritative product information and an appropriately licensed professional.

PepyLedger does not publish substance profiles, dosing tables, protocols, titration plans, course planners, vendor recommendations, or administration instructions. A disclaimer is not used as a substitute for removing those functions; they are outside the released product scope.

Keep the original source beside the record

When recording health-related information, preserve the original label, prescription, clinician instruction, or other authoritative source separately. Check that the name, units, concentration, date, and context match before saving. If anything conflicts or is unclear, do not infer an answer from PepyLedger.

The service is not monitored for emergencies and is not an official medical record. Contact an appropriate professional, emergency service, or poison-control service when the situation calls for it.

FAQ

Does PepyLedger include a dosage calculator?

PepyLedger is an organization and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, preparation instructions, administration guidance, or sourcing guidance. The released tool set has no administration-target, syringe-unit, administration-volume, course, or titration calculator.

Can PepyLedger create a treatment schedule?

No. It can store dates and reminders entered by a user, but it does not create or recommend a course, frequency, duration, escalation, or treatment plan.

What math is available?

Only mass-per-volume concentration and mg-to-mcg unit conversion are published. Both formulas expose their inputs and provide no administration output.

No medical claims

This page avoids medical efficacy, safety, diagnosis, treatment, dosing, administration, preparation, protocol, and sourcing claims. It is limited to recordkeeping or neutral arithmetic.

  • No substance-specific medical claims or use instructions are published.
  • The concentration tool exposes only mass divided by total volume; it has no target amount, syringe-unit, administration-volume, course, or supply output.
  • Health and treatment decisions are outside the product scope and belong with a licensed professional and authoritative product information.
